The Winery
A small boutique winery in the former Yalovo village schoolhouse — 15 km from the hotel.
In the former schoolhouse of Yalovo village, 15 km from Park Hotel RAYA Garden, sits a boutique winery with real character. Production is housed in a converted annex, and wines age in what used to be a classroom — a quiet, historic space with controlled temperature.
We make small batches from local varieties — Gamza, Mavrud, Pamid — and international ones like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay. Every bottle goes through hand-picking and gentle vinification.

Tastings with local cheese & charcuterie
We host tasting sessions in the cellar by appointment — led by the winemaker, paired with selected local cheeses, lukanka and house jams. Suited to couples or small groups.

Private events & cellar dinners
The old classroom becomes a table for 10–20 — for wine dinners, guided tastings or intimate wedding toasts. Pairs well with a stay at Park Hotel RAYA Garden.
